SECTION 20 - SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our shipping, cancellation, return and refund terms are governed by the respective policies published on our website.

Shipping

We offer shipping across India.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹3,000.

For orders below ₹3,000, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹99 COD charge applies. COD charges are waived on orders above ₹3,000.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days after successful order placement and payment confirmation.

Cancellation

Prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

Cancellation requests after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Claims relating to damaged or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to the applicable requirements, including the mandatory unboxing video.
