At Viha, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
Due to the nature of jewellery and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict return policy.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong or incorrect item

Returns Are NOT Accepted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fit issues
  • Color or design preference
  • Minor variations in finish or appearance
  • Delivery delays

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To request any return or replacement, you must provide a:

Clear, continuous unboxing video

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel
  • Capture the complete unboxing process
  • Show the product condition inside

⚠️ Important:
Without this video proof, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Request Timeline

  • You must raise your request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Any used or damaged item will be rejected
