At Viha, every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
Due to the nature of jewellery and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict return policy.
Returns Are Accepted Only If:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong or incorrect item
Returns Are NOT Accepted For:
- Change of mind
- Size or fit issues
- Color or design preference
- Minor variations in finish or appearance
- Delivery delays
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
To request any return or replacement, you must provide a:
Clear, continuous unboxing video
The video must:
- Start before opening the package
- Clearly show the sealed parcel
- Capture the complete unboxing process
- Show the product condition inside
⚠️ Important:
Without this video proof, no return or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Request Timeline
- You must raise your request within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted
Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and unworn
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Any used or damaged item will be rejected
