To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the very start of opening the package.

The video should clearly show the parcel condition, the opening process, and the product inside.

Without this video evidence, we will not be able to process your request.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
